You agree to review these Terms of Use periodically and, in any event, each time that you visit the Web Site. By using the Web Site, you expressly agree that you have had sufficient notice of any changes in the Terms of Use as modified from time to time. Your continued use of the Web Site constitutes your agreement to abide by and be bound by these Terms of Use.

is the property of Legault, and is protected from unauthorized
copying and dissemination by international conventions and
copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Conditions, Legault authorizes you to view the Content, make

your own lawful, personal, non-commercial use, and provided
that you maintain all copyright, trademark and other intellectual

the Content, or any part thereof, is not modified. You agree

the prior express written permission of Legault.

- Contains computer viruses, worms, moles or other contaminating or destructive elements;
- Violates the rights of others, such as Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right, or violates any right of privacy or publicity;
- Contains any false or misleading statement
- Contains advertising; or
- Otherwise violates any applicable criminal or civil law.
You may not use the Web Site for any commercial purpose and may not distribute over the Web Site any solicitation of (or for) funds, goods and services. In addition, you may not use the Web Site to solicit subscribers to join other online information services, regardless of whether or not they are or may in future be competitive with the Web Site.

in response to specific on-line requests made by such persons.
Legault reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to reject
any requests for such information or materials, or to discontinue
the provision of such information or materials to any person,
at any time, for any reason it may so chose without prior

As a consequence of our actions or those of our service providers
or others, the Web Site may become unavailable to you as a
result of planned or unplanned maintenance activities, or
of a malfunction in computer hardware or software, or for
other reasons. Under no circumstances whatsoever does Legault
accept any responsibility or liability for your use of or
access to the Web Site. You shall be solely responsible for

8. Limitation on Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
LEGAULT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE,
BASED ON CLAIMS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS FOR
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES,
DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEB SITE, THE PROVISION OF OR
FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS,
DELETION OR CORRUPTION OF FILES, ERRORS, DEFECTS, DELAYS IN

convenience. Legault does not endorse or have control over any information

warrant them or the content they may contain as acceptable

of such third party web sites are acceptable to you. Legault accepts
no liability whosoever for your use of any third party web

10. General Provisions
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Legault
and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof and supersedes
all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals,
whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Legault
with respect to the Web Site. A printed version of this Agreement
and of any notice given in electronic form shall be advisable
in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating
to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same
conditions as other business documents and records originally
generated and maintained in printed form. Legault's failure
to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision
of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any
provisions or right. If any of the provisions contained in
this Agreement are determined to be void, invalid or otherwise
unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination
shall not affect the remaining provisions contained herein.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the province of British Columbia and the
laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties expressly request
and require that this Agreement and any related documents
be drawn up solely in the English language. Les parties présentes

11. Complaints
